Lynn Osborne is a Managing Director and Co-Lead in the Legal Workplace Practice for 星空体育app下载 Global Corporate Services (GCS). Osborne is responsible for leading transformative workplace engagements that enhance the employee experience through space and technology, to help optimize a firm鈥檚 operational and financial performance. Acting as liaison between client and design consultant, Osborne facilitates the foundational strategy for each assignment, providing thought leadership, research, analysis, programming, and planning.
Osborne applies creative thinking to each client鈥檚 requisite needs. With over two decades of comprehensive experience and proven success in designing workplace strategies, Osborne is expertly placed to respond to the new and omnipresent business drivers and help reframe today鈥檚 workplace through process, delivery, and experiential modeling. She combines her expertise in formulation, development and optimization with data analytics, alternative workplace strategies, and change management to transform and optimize the workplace.
Prior to joining 星空体育app下载, Osborne was with JLL as Manager of Occupancy Planning for Bank of America鈥檚 southeast portfolio. She was also the Southeast Region Lead for the Legal Practice Group at Gensler and Perkins & Will and Co-chair of the Legal Practice Group at Nelson Worldwide.
