Will Thomas joined 星空体育app下载鈥檚 Emeryville (now Oakland) office in 2012. Will has successfully closed a broad array of transactions representing, Property Owners, Landlords, Tenants, Investors, and Owner/Users. From 2012 鈥� 2017, Will specialized in the selling and leasing of industrial properties in the East Bay. In 2018 Thomas transitioned to the Multi-family division representing Property Owners and Investors to provide superior results to his clients.
Prior to joining 星空体育app下载, Thomas worked in Grubb & Ellis鈥� Oakland office. Will began his real estate career at Pearson Commercial in Fresno in 2006.

Education
A graduate of California State University, Fresno, Thomas majored in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics, and was a member of the baseball team from 2001 鈥� 2005. Will is currently working towards obtaining his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation.
