Tera Hoffman joined 星空体育app下载 in 2021 and is an Associate Vice President of Property Management in the Chicago, Illinois office. With nearly 15 years of property management experience, Tera has expertise in Class-A office, retail, and industrial commercial real estate management. She helps facilitate all operations of assets, while keeping the client鈥檚 portfolio strategy at the forefront of her priorities. Tera has succeeded in delivering top-tier management services to the portfolios she managed by strategically identifying efficient ways to allocate and reimburse staff, streamline operations, reduce operating expenses, and generate additional revenue.
In her role as Associate Vice President of Property Management, Tera drives business development efforts, interacts with clients and oversees the property management staff in day-to-day operations, providing best practices guidance to ensure exceeded performance and maximum asset value. She is experienced in many facets of commercial real estate with an emphasis on customer service, leadership and supervision, budgeting and strong negotiation and communication abilities.
Prior to joining 星空体育app下载鈥檚 Chicago leadership team, Tera has honed her management expertise through performing a variety of roles for several firms in the Chicago area. In her most recent role as a Director of Property Management, Tera was responsible for managing the Chicago Regional Office for VEREIT, leading a team of 7 property management professionals in the development and execution of financial and operational strategies for an 18 million SF national portfolio of office, industrial, and retail product with a net book asset value in excess of $2 billion.
