�ǿ�����app���� Senior Managing Director Susan Lawson is an expert in the Chicago multifamily sector –both downtown and suburban assets–and has been involved in the sale of over $3.6 billion of multifamily investments since 2007, when she established the �ǿ�����app���� (ARA) Multi-housing Chicago Office.

Lawson’s client list includes private equity funds, institutional advisors, REITS and major developers. With experience in a wide variety of multifamily transactions–including high-performing properties; newly developed, Class A asset; value-add opportunities and more–clients rely on Lawson as a knowledgeable source for market trends and statistics. She is involved in all aspects of the property marketing process including market research, business and client development, asset valuation and underwriting, contract negotiation and closing.
