Steve Johnson MAI, joined 星空体育app下载 Valuation & Advisory in 2018 and currently serves as executive vice president. In this role, Johnson is responsible for business development; continuing to provide outstanding service to clients, and overseeing a team of appraisers both locally in Southern California and nationally for the self storage specialty practice.
Johnson is also the national practice co-leader for the Valuation & Advisory鈥檚 Self Storage specialty practice. He oversees a team of 25 experts whose innovative, consulting-driven approach provides best-in-class valuation and consulting services for the asset class.
Since beginning his career in valuation in 2004, Johnson has worked with clients on a wide variety of property types. Johnson joined 星空体育app下载 from Integra Realty Resources, where he most recently served as a senior managing director in Pasadena, CA. Prior to Integra, Johnson began his career with Charles 鈥淩ay鈥� Wilson & Associates.
