Scott M. Lewis joined 星空体育app下载 in 2015 as an associate director in the firm鈥檚 Houston and Austin offices, where he specializes in capital markets and tenant representation, including asset sales, lease negotiations, renewals, expansions, dispositions and relocations. Scott also assists his clients in the strategic planning of corporate real estate portfolios, mergers and acquisitions, and cost reduction analyses.
Prior to joining 星空体育app下载, Scott worked in private equity as an associate and in sales and marketing in the oil and gas industry. Scott also owned and operated a full service shipping and print business. In this role, he managed several employees, negotiated vendor and lease agreements, handled payroll and accounting and effectively marketed the business, increasing existing revenues more than 80% over a three-year period. In addition, Scott worked in Mexico City directly with the president and chairman of the largest security and money transport company in Latin America.

Education
Scott earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas at Austin, where he studied economics and business administration. While attending the university, he was a member of the Delta Tau Delta Fraternity and the Alpha Phi Sigma Pre-Medical Honor Society.
