Samuel Rector joined 星空体育app下载 in 2017 and currently serves as a Managing Director in the company鈥檚 Sacramento, California, office. A 10-year commercial real estate veteran, Rector has substantial expertise in Debt and Equity Placement in the Manufactured Housing, Apartment and Hotel asset classes. Rector has participated in debt origination, equity placement and sales transactions totaling more than $1.5 billion. He has transacted on properties for both individual private clients and large institutions throughout the Western United States.
