His primary objective is to support property management operations and staff, while developing collaborative strategies and operational efficiencies to attract prospective clients and grow 星空体育app下载’s management portfolio.
Mr. DeLuca鈥檚 focus is on providing valuable insights to clients through a detailed understanding of a property’s operational and financial health, strategic planning of capital projects, identification of potential risks and mitigation strategies, and development and implementation of long-term goals.
In his previous role as Associate Vice President, Mr. DeLuca was a key contributor to the growth of the Connecticut and Westchester markets expanding their total managed square footage to 2.7M, an 82% increase in the portfolio.
Before joining 星空体育app下载, Mr. DeLuca held the position of Senior Commercial Property Manager at CBRE in New York, NY. In this role, he successfully managed a 2.3 million square foot Class-A property in downtown Manhattan. Mr. DeLuca played a pivotal role in overseeing the creation of a $25 million annual operating budget and managing over $15 million in capital projects. He was instrumental in renewing the asset’s LEED Gold Certification and took the lead in developing a comprehensive COVID-19 Response Plan, ensuring the safety and well-being of building tenants, staff, and ownership during the height of the pandemic. His efforts were recognized and implemented both nationally and globally by his clients.
In his leisure time, Mr. DeLuca enjoys reading, watching auto racing, working on home improvement projects, and spending time with his wife and young son.
