He has also been named one of the “Blacks Guide’s Top Guns” as well as “Power Broker” for being one of the Philadelphia region’s top 20 brokers. In addition, over the years Mr. Dangello has had multiple transactions recognized by the Philadelphia Business Journal as completing some of the best real estate deals in the Philadelphia MSA.

Career Highlights
Previously, Mr. Dangello was Chief Administration Officer for VitalServicesHome.com, LLC. From August 2000 until September 2001, Neal closed the first and second largest residential real estate brokerages in the country. He also helped develop revenue relationships with Verizon, Comcast, Qwest, MCI, Dish Network and DirecTV.
Prior to his work with VitalServicesHome.com, LLC, Neal was Chief Administrative Officer and Co-Chairman of the Executive Committee at AmeriStar Technologies, Inc., a $90,000,000 technology solutions provider. He managed administration, human resources, recruiting, legal, safety, security, insurance and real estate/facilities. In addition, Neal helped manage several key clients including the State of Delaware, MBNA, First USA Bank, Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania and Bank of New York. Neal has utilized an extensive knowledge of employment law and compliance, including, ADA, ERISA, EEOC, FMLA, COBRA and FLSA, as well as state and local government incentives.
