Mike Zylstra started in commercial real estate in 2001 and is currently a partner in 星空体育app下载 Knight Frank鈥檚 East Bay Private Capital Markets team. With partners Forrest Gherlone and Max Gunari, Zylstra has been involved in more than $2.5 billion of investment real estate transactions. He has focused solely on investment sales within Northern California. Zylstra鈥檚 experience covers a wide range of deal sizes, from smaller suburban transactions to more than $230 million transactions.
Specializing in the acquisition and disposition of shopping centers, office buildings, net- leased investments and redevelopment properties, Zylstra鈥檚 comprehensive market knowledge and experience proves invaluable when advising his clients and assisting them in maximizing returns.
Earlier in his career, Zylstra held various finance and consulting positions with Arthur Andersen and US Bank.
