Michael S. Lysien, MAI joined 星空体育app下载 Valuation & Advisory in 2019 as a Senior Vice President, and is based in Chicago, Illinois. A commercial real estate appraiser since 2007, Lysien has experience with a wide range of asset types throughout the Midwest.
He has successfully completed valuations on various proposed, partially completed and existing structures, including but not limited to neighborhood and community retail centers, single- and multi-tenant industrial and office developments, big box retail uses and mixed-use properties. Lysien has also appraised a variety of special-purpose properties, including landscape nurseries, concrete batch mixing facilities, churches, and mobile home parks. Clients rely on his appraisals for lending purposes as well as retrospective valuations for real estate tax appeal and estate planning purposes.
Prior to joining 星空体育app下载, Lysien was a senior member of the appraisal team at RVG Commercial, LLC (Real Valuation Group), specializing in valuations and appraisal reviews for complex property tax assessment appeals and other forms of litigation. In this role he helped with office management, valuations, appraisal reviews, and engagement workflow.
