Matthew (Matt) Walaszek serves as Senior Vice President of Operations, Industrial and Logistics. Walaszek, based in Chicago (Rosemont), works closely with the Industrial Advisory Board to set business performance and client support targets, craft annual strategies for the service line and ensure alignment with the firm’s long-term goals. Walaszek partners with Research and Marketing teams to ensure internal and external audiences are well-informed with market intelligence, event updates and other relevant information.
With over 10 years of experience in market intelligence, project management and data analytics in the commercial real estate industry, Walaszek brings a robust set of skills along with a strong perspective on the Industrial & Logistics sector. Most recently, Walaszek served as CBRE Investment Management鈥檚 Research Director, leading its logistics platform.
He enjoys the outdoors, running, and going on road trips with his family. Walaszek lives in Chicago with his wife and two children.

Walaszek holds a Bachelor of Arts from Loyola University New Orleans and a Master鈥檚 degree in Urban Planning and Policy from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
