Matt Tritschler joined 星空体育app下载 in 2017 and is currently an Executive Managing Director with the Southeast Capital Markets Team in the firm鈥檚 Atlanta office. A 35-year industry veteran, Tritschler has substantial expertise in commercial real estate and possesses multidisciplinary skills across major product lines, including office, medical, industrial, and mixed-use properties. He has been involved in over $5 billion in commercial real estate transactions, including investment sales and capitalizations.
Tritschler joined 星空体育app下载 after serving as a Principal with Avison Young, where he was the head of Southeast Capital Markets. Prior to Avison Young, he held senior roles in investment sales and capital markets brokerage with HFF and Colliers International. Before entering the real estate business, he practiced tax accounting with Grant Thornton, LLP.
Additionally, Tritschler was a founding principal of an Atlanta-based real estate investment and development firm and its subsidiary construction company. The firm鈥檚 developments and acquisitions included over two million square feet of commercial real estate.
