As marketing manager, Marlene Sahms is responsible for all corporate marketing initiatives, brand management, and sales collateral support for four offices throughout the Delaware Valley region. She brings over 25 years of experience in marketing and communications inside the real estate industry with extensive experience in coordination and layout design for all mediums of marketing.
On specific projects, Ms. Sahms is responsible for crafting effective strategy and message for each client assignment, leading a team of full-time, dedicated staff providing a wide range of graphic design and marketing communications expertise.
Formerly with GMH Communities Trust (GMH) as the director of marketing, Ms. Sahms planned and executed national marketing campaigns for over 90 properties, overseeing an implementation budget of over $500,000 per year. Ms. Sahms has demonstrated a proven track record in creating and managing internal and external communications programs across various media including web, print advertising and direct mail. She is highly skilled in property branding to ensure a high-quality image is conveyed, and in developing and orchestrating property specific campaigns.
Prior to joining GMH, Ms. Sahms was the vice president, director of marketing for Commonwealth Relocation Services, Inc (CRS), where she was responsible for all marketing communications for seven CRS companies.
