Embree brings a wealth of experience to 星空体育app下载, having cultivated a deep understanding of real estate management and investment through her prior roles. Before joining our team, she excelled as an Associated Director at CBRE where she managed a diverse portfolio of office, industrial and retail assets for large institutional clients. Her role involved comprehensive oversight, ensuring the effective management and optimization of these assets. Prior to her tenure at CBRE, Embree held the position of Manager of Real Estate Investments at Granite Land Company. She was responsible for managing a wide array of corporate real estate assets including land, office and industrial properties across the United States. Her diverse responsibilities encompassed identifying, evaluating and underwriting real estate development opportunities, developing zero-based budgets and negotiating tenant leases and real property purchase agreements.
