Landen Pederson, MRED, currently serves as a Senior Appraiser for 星空体育app下载 Valuation & Advisory鈥檚 Hospitality, Gaming & Leisure group within the rocky mountain region. In this role, Pederson is responsible for delivering exceptional professional appraisal work to offer best in class valuation and consulting services for all property types.
Pederson, skilled in conducting thorough research and analyzing complex appraisal assignments, has delivered professional valuations in major, secondary, and rural markets across the United States and Canada. More significant assignments have included large master planned developments, Ski Area portfolios, government land exchanges as well as regional, mixed-use, and lifestyle shopping centers, urban redevelopment projects, hotels, apartments, condominium developments, subdivisions, medical office, mining claims, agricultural properties, and regional warehouse and distribution facilities.
Pederson鈥檚 valuation practice has been used for condemnation purposes, estates, financing and due diligence support. His clients have included accountants, investment firms, regional and local developers, lenders, private and public agencies.
Pederson joined 星空体育app下载 after working with a regional developer in Las Vegas, where he most recently served as a budget and land acquisition analyst. In 2018, Pederson relocated to Utah from Las Vegas to complete his master鈥檚 degree and further his career in valuation & advisory.
