Based out of the Morristown, New Jersey office, Kelly Rak is responsible for the property management operations of 星空体育app下载鈥檚 portfolio in northern New Jersey. In her role as associate director, Kelly drives business development efforts, interacts with clients and oversees the property management staff in day-to-day operations, providing best practices guidance to ensure exceeded performance and maximum asset value. Kelly is experienced in many facets of commercial real estate with an emphasis on customer service, leadership and supervision, budgeting and strong negotiation and communication abilities.
Prior to her current role with 星空体育app下载, Kelly started as an Assistant Property Manager and most recently was a Senior Property Manager where she oversaw a 500,000+ square foot Class A portfolio.
