John Wolf, SIOR, joined 星空体育app下载 as an Executive Managing Director in 2010. An accomplished national corporate tenant representative with an enviable roster of relationships, Wolf has added significant value to the firm.
Wolf has spent most of his 37-year commercial real estate career representing corporations. Specializing in the development and execution of strategic real estate plans with an emphasis on multi-market locations, Wolf has successfully consummated many leases, purchases, build-to-suit, acquisitions, consolidations and restructurings throughout the U.S. and Canada.
Prior to joining 星空体育app下载, Wolf worked at Fischer & Company for nine years where he was recognized as broker of the year. He also previously worked for Julien J. Studley Inc. and owned Terren Commercial, a national corporate real estate services firm.
Wolf is a licensed real estate broker in Texas, North Carolina, Georgia and California and a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR).
