Jeff Carson, MAI joined 星空体育app下载 Valuation & Advisory in 2018 as a Senior Vice President. Based in West Palm Beach, Florida, Carson specializes in the appraisal, consulting and expert witness services for marinas, boat yards, ship yards, cargo terminals and working waterfront properties in Canada, the U.S. and the Caribbean.
Carson has completed over 290 shipyard and marina appraisals over the past 10 years. His appraisal expertise also extends to waterfront office, retail, industrial, special purpose, mixed-use and vacant land assets. Carson鈥檚 work as an expert witness has been cited in waterfront litigation matters in United States circuit and federal courts as well as in the High Court in Dublin, Ireland and The Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court.
Carson began his appraisal career in 1985. Since then, he has earned the MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute. Carson is a certified general real estate appraiser in Florida and Maryland. He also intermittently holds temporary appraisal licenses in over 25 other states, the USVI and Nova Scotia, Canada. He is a published real estate author and a quoted expert witness.
