As Vice President of the East Region for Client Accounting, Janelle Schlosser is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting for 星空体育app下载 clients in the East region. She also oversee the Property Management Corporate Accounting Team responsible for PM corporate receivables and monthly financials. Janelle is also responsible for the hiring and training of her team and ensuring her team is following all policies and procedures and operating within scope for the companies annual SSAE 18 SOC 1 Type II audit.
Janelle joined 星空体育app下载 in 2022 and has been working in the Client Accounting Commercial Real Estate Industry for over 15 years. She started her career on the property management side and later moved to client accounting. Prior to joining 星空体育app下载, Janelle was a Sr. Controller, responsible for the oversight of a team of 100+ accounting professionals. In her Sr. Controller role she was responsible for the onboarding of new clients, overseeing financial reporting for her team as well as developing and growing current client relationships. During her tenure she has worked with a variety of client types and asset types as well as worked on accounting only assignments.
Janelle is a process improvement driven individual that is continuously looking for ways to work more efficiently and better serve the clients that her teams serve.

Janelle earned her Bachelors of Science degree in Marketing from St. Cloud State University in St. Cloud, MN.
