Throughout her career, McCormick has participated in a wide range of assignments from proposed luxury residential projects in Hawaii, vineyard estates in Northern California, to proposed and operational cannabis-related properties. She has worked with nearly every property type including multifamily residential apartments and condominiums, oceanfront and luxury residential, single- and multi-tenant retail, shopping centers, vineyards and wineries, resorts, industrial, office, agricultural, special purpose, and complex mixed-use properties. In this capacity, McCormick was responsible for developing market analyses, performing detailed analysis on a variety of property types, as well as providing assistance in all areas of the valuation practice.
Prior to starting her appraisal career, McCormick worked as an accounting coordinator for the Golf and Retail departments at Turtle Bay Resort on the North Shore of Oahu in Hawaii.
