James C. Johnson joined 星空体育app下载鈥檚 Capital Markets team in 2019 and serves as Vice President for the Debt and Structured Finance group in the Pacific Northwest. Johnson brings to his position 25 years of commercial real estate experience that includes mortgage banking, valuation, cost segregation, and property tax appeal. He has experience with multifamily, student housing, senior housing, industrial, self-storage, office, hospitality and retail properties.
Johnson has executed loans with various types of structures including permanent, bridge, equity and mezzanine financing. James鈥檚 loan origination experience includes the lenders HUD (221 (d) (4) and 223 (f)), Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Life Insurance, CMBS, Debt fund, bank and credit union. He was previously licensed as an appraiser in the State of Oregon.
