Specializing in representing users of industrial and office space both locally and nationally, Mr. Gibbons provides comprehensive brokerage services, including lease and purchase negotiations, site selection, disposition of land, structuring build-to-suit arrangements, headquarter relocations, municipal and state incentive analysis and negotiations, and investment sales for clients in the oil and gas, technology, aerospace, healthcare and nonprofit industries.
