Working jointly with the firm’s top Debt and Structured Finance team in Philadelphia allows Dolan the enhanced ability to provide his clients with debt and equity solutions and capital for all commercial asset classes. A 37-year industry veteran, Dolan has executed billions of dollars in capital market transactions throughout his career.

This experience, combined with his track record through numerous economic cycles, provides Dolan a unique and exceptional skill set in order to evaluate and execute the client’s goals.
