A 20-year real estate veteran, Morgan has substantial experience in appraising a wide range of property types including office, industrial, multifamily, shopping centers, and other retail properties. In addition, he has also appraised numerous special-use properties including schools, religious facilities, hotels, and recreational facilities.
Morgan came to 星空体育app下载 after serving as a senior appraiser for 12 years at The Ambrose Group, where he had experience in the valuation of commercial real estate specializing in appraisal valuation, appraisal review, and right-of-way projects. Prior to his time at The Ambrose Group, Morgan was a real estate appraiser with Metzbower, Watts, & Hulting based in Columbia, Maryland.

Education
Morgan earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in economics and real estate from Baylor University located in Waco, Texas. More recently, he has successfully completed numerous real estate courses and seminars sponsored by the Appraisal Institute and over providers.
