Christopher Maharg joined 星空体育app下载 Valuation & Advisory in 2019 and currently serves as Executive Vice President in the Detroit office, working throughout the state of Michigan. Maharg brings to his position more than 10 years of real estate appraisal experience with vast expertise in a multitude of property types and serves as a team leader in the Detroit office.
Maharg has has extensive expertise on the valuation of income producing retail, office and multifamily properties; ranging from STNL retail and office assets; to complex, multi-tenant regional shopping centers and high-density CBD developments. His practice also focuses on valuations of fast food/restaurants, automobile dealerships, student housing and HAP/LIHTC properties. His appraisal and consulting experience includes report preparation for financing, estate planning, collateral monitoring, acquisition and disposition, and tax assessment appeals.
Prior to joining 星空体育app下载, Maharg served in similar roles at CBRE and BBG that covered all of Michigan and Northwest Ohio.

Maharg earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Personal Financing, Planning & Economics from Western Michigan University.
