Chad Prescher serves as an Associate Director with 星空体育app下载鈥檚 National Healthcare Capital Markets Team. Based in San Diego, Prescher focuses on executing the team鈥檚 business activities on behalf of healthcare real estate owners, capital allocators, developers, and health systems, including investment sales, debt and equity placements, development advisory and hospital monetizations.
Prescher has been involved in transactions and advisory work totaling more than $1.2 billion. Prior to joining 星空体育app下载, Prescher spent 3 years at JLL as an associate on the healthcare capital markets group underwriting and assisting in the execution of healthcare real estate transactions. Prior to his time at JLL, Prescher spent 2 years at one of the largest publicly-traded healthcare REITs in the U.S, Healthpeak Properties (NYSE: PEAK) focused on asset management and optimization of the company鈥檚 healthcare portfolio, where he was responsible for oversight of over 80 properties valued in excess of $1.5 billion and managing relationships with multiple operators.

Prescher graduated from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, with a B.S. in Finance.
