Brian Beaty, MAI currently serves as a First Vice President in 星空体育app下载 Valuation & Advisory鈥檚 Detroit, Michigan office. Bringing over 25 years of commercial real estate valuation experience to his practice, Beaty has appraised most typical property types (existing and proposed) including general retail, malls, restaurants, hospitals, surgical centers, general office, medical office, industrial, multiple-family residential, mixed-use developments, hotels, churches and schools. In addition, he has extensive experience appraising marinas (and other waterfront related properties), cannabis-related properties, wineries and easements for various purposes.
Beaty is qualified as an expert witness and has testified before the Michigan Tax Tribunal, the United States District Court and the Orange County (CA) Superior Court. He has completed appraisal in 26 states and three foreign countries.
Prior to joining 星空体育app下载, Beaty served as a Vice President in CBRE鈥檚 Michigan office for eleven years, where he specialized in litigation support. Prior to that, he also operated his own appraisal company and worked at Stout Risius Ross, Terzo & Bologna (both located in Michigan) and Lea Associates (Los Angeles) doing similar work.
