Brandon Miller, Executive Managing Director, is responsible for all aspects of the marketing process for properties located in secondary and tertiary markets throughout Texas. Responsibilities include client development, pricing strategies, valuation/modeling, marketing, as well as negotiation and closing of transactions.
Before joining the Secondary Markets team, Miller served as a Financial Analyst and Transaction Manager for 星空体育app下载 Houston, where he managed client relationships and provided financial, analytical and property-level support on Houston assets. Prior to joining 星空体育app下载, Miller spent over three years with a Houston-based appraisal firm where he performed financial and real property valuations of institutional quality assets on a national basis related to individual acquisitions, mortgage loan securitization, feasibility and quarterly reporting.
Education
Miller received his Master of Real Estate and BBA in Finance from Mays Business School at Texas A&M University.
