Over the course of his distinguished career, Mr. Luttrell has adapted to an ever-changing industry climate and mastered a number of commercial real estate markets, enabling him to close more than 40 million square feet of transactions with a combined value in excess of $700 million.
A consistent and talented strategist, Mr. Luttrell draws on his extensive background, comprehensive industry knowledge and understanding of his clients’ business goals and objectives to deliver targeted planning and total real estate solutions that align with his clients’ operational and financial requirements. His specialties include lease and purchase negotiations, corporate headquarters acquisition and disposition, office and industrial built-to-suits, sale-leaseback transactions and detailed financial analysis.
Mr. Luttrell joined 星空体育app下载 in 2018 upon its acquisition of Jackson Cooksey, where he previously spent most of his real estate career. Mr. Luttrell spent the early part of his career as a property inspector with the Federal Housing Administration (FHA), where he gained invaluable experience assessing property values and investment strategy.
