Bill Benton cofounded 星空体育app下载鈥檚 San Francisco office in 2002. Mr. Benton is a Vice Chairman, specializing in tenant representation. He is experienced in all aspects of commercial real estate, including acquisitions, dispositions, occupancy cost reduction strategies and multimarket transactions. He is tenacious in his pursuit of creating and implementing sound strategies that are constantly focused on cost containment and maintaining flexibility within a portfolio while achieving the cultural and image goals of his clients. This has made him one of San Francisco鈥檚 leading real estate professionals.
Prior to joining 星空体育app下载, Mr. Benton served as vice president with CB Richard Ellis (now CBRE), where he and his partner were among the firm鈥檚 top teams and were recognized as top producers both regionally and nationally. Mr. Benton鈥檚 aggregate transaction volume totals more than 8.0 million square feet and more than $5.0 billion in total consideration.

Mr. Benton graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in communications from the University of Southern California. He also completed postgraduate studies with the University of Southern California鈥檚 Marshall School of Business extension program.
