The variety of transactions includes the sale of both seasoned institutional and value-add projects, ground-up developments, covered land plays, build-to-rent, and office-to-residential conversions.
Prior to joining 星空体育app下载 in 2015, Anthony was part of CBRE鈥檚 Century City Institutional multi-family team as well as Cushman & Wakefield Downtown LA retail brokerage collaborating on high-street and retail projects across Southern California.
A Los Angeles native, he is passionate about creating more housing and navigating the complexities of land-use, Capital Markets, and innovative market opportunities.

Muhlstein holds a bachelor鈥檚 degree in finance from California State University and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
