In this role, Petrozzi is responsible for the planning and execution of all Canadian research initiatives, providing data-driven market insights and economic analysis in support of clients and brokerage professionals. With 14 years of experience as a researcher in commercial real estate, Petrozzi offers deep expertise in actioning data and trends into timely intelligence.
Before joining 星空体育app下载 in 2023, Petrozzi served as Head of Commercial Transactions, Data Solutions for the Altus Group, where he was responsible for the oversight, development and administration of the company鈥檚 commercial sales transaction platform and led teams across Canada. Previous, he headed the British Columbia research team at Avison Young, where he directed local and national research efforts in all asset classes.
