Mr. Montooth has had great success with all commercial real estate property types but focuses primarily on medical, office, retail and specialized multifamily assets. Mr. Montooth has also executed successful lease transaction with Columbus Ear, Nose and Throat; and Mount Carmel Health Systems; OSU Managed Health Care; OSU OBGYN; and OSU Physicians.

Personal Achievements
Mr. Montooth won the 2014 Columbus District Golf Association鈥檚 Mid-Amateur Championship, and in 2016, he competed for the third time in the U.S. Mid-Amateur Championship.
Education
Mr. Montooth earned a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences degree in communications with a minor in English from the Ohio State University. While attending the university, he was a four-year varsity letter winner in golf and a four-year All Big Ten Scholar Athlete. In 1997, while a sophomore at OSU, Mr. Montooth won the Ohio Amateur, the most prestigious crown in Ohio amateur golf.
Mr. Montooth resides in Worthington, Ohio, with his wife and three children.
