Based in the firm’s Lower Manhattan office, Peretz is widely acknowledged as an expert in the Lower Manhattan and Midtown South markets, skilled in representing both tenants and landlords. His ability to intuitively comprehend and assess a tenant or landlord’s needs, his skill in devising creative solutions and his 25 years of experience in problem-solving during both up and down markets have earned him a position of prominence within the firm. Peretz was previously named one of Real Estate New York’s 40 and under 40 and one of Real Estate Forum’s next-generation leaders.

Peretz has been featured in the real estate section of the Sunday New York Times, New York Post and Wall Street Journal for his expertise in Lower Manhattan. He is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY) and the Lower Manhattan Rental Conditions Committee.

Peretz holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Classics from Tulane University.
