Dougan brings to his position more than 17 years of experience in the valuation of traditional and complex commercial properties including, but not limited to shopping centers, office buildings, industrial properties and vacant land. He is also proficient in computer applications related to real estate valuation, including Discounted Cash Flow analysis. Dougan has primarily worked along the Front Range of the State of Colorado but has experience in the Western Slope and within rural communities in the eastern portion of Colorado. He has also appraised property in Arizona, Iowa, Montana, Pennsylvania and Wyoming. Dougan came to 星空体育app下载 after serving as a Senior Appraiser for eight years at BBG, Inc.
