Andrea Hess is a project manager with 星空体育app下载 and has been with the firm since 2008. Prior to joining 星空体育app下载, Ms. Hess worked in commercial construction project management for 6 years with an international construction firm. In her role as project manager, she oversaw a variety of new construction, renovation, expansion and interior build-out projects. Her responsibilities in this role included working closely with clients, architects and engineers to successfully execute projects from the design development stage through preconstruction, budgeting, construction and project closeout. Ms. Hess developed and maintained budgets and financial information as well as procured and managed subcontractors and vendors to ensure quality, schedule and budget compliance. She also implemented and oversaw risk management, safety and environmental programs in connection with these projects. In addition to her commercial construction experience, she has 4 years of construction and design experience with residential and multi-use communities.
