Alexis Williams joined 星空体育app下载 in 2020 as Vice President of Property Management. After fourteen years of managing Class A commercial properties Williams shifted her focus joining a team of well-established Landlord and Tenant Representative Brokers. Currently she serves as the Transaction Manager in the company鈥檚 Walnut Creek office where she focuses on marketing, operations, and leasing. She manages all aspects of marketing initiatives including the development and implementation of strategies to attract tenants and increase property visibility. She conducts property tours, negotiates lease agreements, cultivates and maintains relationships with tenants and landlords, and oversees the daily operations of her team. A 16-year corporate real estate veteran, Alexis has substantial expertise in many facets of commercial real estate.
Prior to coming to 星空体育app下载, Williams served as Regional Director for six years at Davis Partners, where she was responsible for overseeing half a dozen property managers and over 1 million square feet of office assets. Prior to her time at Davis Partners, Williams was a Portfolio Manager at Woodmont Real Estate Services.
