Mealy, MAI, MRICS, ASA has been promoted to Senior Managing Director and Market Leader for the Pacific Northwest, overseeing appraisers throughout Alaska, Oregon and Washington. In this role, he will expand client relationships and recruit talent to join the Pacific Northwest team.

Mealy is a member of �ǿ�����app����’s V&A Retail & Regional Malls Specialty Practice. Based in Seattle, Washington, Mealy has more than 15 years of industry experience in all core property types. Prior to �ǿ�����app����, Mealy worked for Cushman & Wakefield, where he was a member of the national Retail Practice Group and Quality Control Committee. Previously, he worked at CBRE.
