As a specialist in industrial corporate services with over 20 years of leadership experience, Cecil, co-located in Dallas, Texas and Southern California, has managed national transactions involving millions of square feet of new leases, purchases and build-to-suit projects. Prior thereto, Cecil was Principal of Cresa Orange County, where he and his team lead the firm鈥檚 industrial services.
Troy, co-located in Dallas, Texas and Northern Virginia, brings a decade of experience specializing in portfolio management, acquisitions, dispositions, leasing and subleasing on behalf of multi-market national and international industrial clients. Previously, she managed national accounts as a Senior Advisor at Cresa Orange County.
