�ǿ�����app���� announces the firm has hired Josh Hayes and David Noblitt as Senior Managing Directors, based in the firm’s Ontario, California office. With over 40 combined years of experience in the industrial real estate sector, the duo specializes in “Big Box�� supply chain logistics and the leasing, sales and development of industrial properties throughout the Inland Empire.

Over the course of his career, Hayes has been involved in selling or leasing over 38 million square feet of industrial properties and over 3,670 acres of land totaling more than $3.5 billion in transaction value. Noblitt has completed more than $2 billion in transactions with some of his distinguished clientele including Brookfield, Clarion, Seefried, Hillwood, Proficiency Capital, Shea Properties and Trammell Crow.
