�ǿ�����app���� announces it has secured a new 79,532-square-foot industrial lease at 4160-4190 Madison Street in Hillside, Illinois. The transaction welcomes tenant Dynamic Manufacturing, Inc., a family-owned and operated automotive manufacturer, who will occupy the entire facility. �ǿ�����app���� Senior Managing Director Corey B. Chase facilitated the transaction on behalf of the tenant.

Dynamic Manufacturing specializes in services, including remanufacturing, electrification, machining and motorsports. Driven by the continuous growth of their business and in-line with the company’s plans for expansion, the tenant sought out additional warehouse space and parking. With this, Dynamic Manufacturing secured a]-long term lease to occupy the building .

In addition to 4160-4190 Madison Street, Dynamic Manufacturing operates over 1 million square feet in the suburban Chicago market. The 4160-4190 facility, which is part of a seven-building industrial portfolio that EQT Exeter acquired recently, features 19.5-foot clear heights, LED lighting, four dock doors, two drive-in doors, ample car parking and can accommodate heavy power manufacturing.
