I am a leader in 星空体育app下载鈥檚 Operational Real Estate team based in our London head office. I specialise in advising on valuation, estate strategy, development, acquisition and disposal advice in respect of educational, charity, healthcare and other institutional and operational properties.
I regularly advise on universities, FE colleges, , schools,鈥痑nd ecclesiastical property as well as more traditional property assets such as residential and development land.
I am the firm鈥檚 UK lead on Further Education. My expertise includes valuation for loan security, financial reporting, estate strategy and due diligence for mergers and acquisitions. I provide strategic estates advice including purchase and disposal of surplus assets.
I provide specialist valuation advice to charities and not-for-profit organisations and am a Designated Adviser for the purposes of The Charities Act.

- Sale of student accommodation in Norham Gardens Oxford
- Sale of More House, Cromwell Road, South Kensington on behalf of a religious order. I advised the charity on the viability of the student centre before acting as their selling agent for the sale of the freehold of the surplus asset, releasing valuable funds to the charity
- Valuation of 13 FE colleges across central and outer London for Capital City College Group, London鈥檚 largest FE provider
- Sale of the former Centre for Health, Social and Child Care, a former FE college in Islington extending to 50,000 sq ft which sold for redevelopment
- 1 Mark Street, Stratford. I advised on value and negotiated the variation of a restrictive covenant and subsequently sold the freehold interest of the 30,000 sq ft building to an international higher education institution.
