Recent Projects
- Arbitration 鈥� I was appointed by the RICS to resolve a dispute regarding the correct interpretation of certain lease terms. I held a week鈥檚 oral hearing before making award. The amount in dispute was circa. 拢10M.
- Compulsory Purchase 鈥� I negotiated CPO compensation for a railhead and concrete batching plant that was compulsorily acquired. I negotiated a deferred acquisition date, enhanced business interruption payments including the cost of temporary plant and a new permanent replacement plant.
- Expert Witness 鈥� I have presented successful evidence at Lands Tribunal regarding the appropriate level of compensation due for minerals sterilised by powerlines.
