I work in 星空体育app下载鈥檚 UK Offices division and member of the Capital Markets team.
With over 25 years鈥� experience in the area, I specialise in the London office market, providing advice and consultancy to a number of private and institutional clients in both an investment and leasing capacity. With around 拢3 billion transacted in the London market, I鈥檝e advised on a variety of transactions in the Capital and have experience of over 1m sq ft of office, hotel and PRS development trades outside of London.
My previous leasing experience extended to over 1m sq ft of acquisitions and disposals in the West End. I continue to advise a number of London鈥檚 Landed Estates and charities including the Institute of Cancer Research, Prostate Cancer, Girlguiding UK, Kings College London, and the Royal Institution of Great Britain.

- Euston House, Eversholt Street, NW1 鈥�鈥疘 advised on the sale of a 拢95m multi-let office building next to Euston station, acting on behalf of Stenprop.
- Holborn Island, EC1 鈥�鈥疘 advised a Singaporean client on the acquisition of a 345,000sqft, 2.6 acre mixed use investment for 拢230m including 89 tenants.
- Acorn House, Grays Inn Road, WC1 鈥�鈥疘 managed a sale and lease back disposal of HQ offices for 拢16.1m on behalf of the Terrence Higgins Trust.
