Jonny鈥檚 experience has focused on 鈥楻ed Book鈥� Valuations for banks, investment funds, hoteliers, and private clients, for loan security, financial reporting, and acquisition / disposal purposes. Jonny specialises in all C1 property including hotels, serviced apartments and hostels, ranging from budget through to five star.
