I鈥檓 a Service Charge Consultant in our Corporate Property Management department based in Milton Keynes. I specialise in service charge audits for corporate occupier clients. With over 18 years鈥� experience in the area I currently provide service charge consultancy to a number of well-known retailers.
I was previously a portfolio account manager and produced audited reconciliations for numerous landlords. My experience includes negotiating savings with landlords, interpreting and understanding leases, reviewing clients lease clauses and their impact on a client鈥檚 liability, undertaking site surveys and assessing the legitimacy of their service charge.
I鈥檝e provided extensive to over 20 clients such as WH Smith, Pizza Express, Whitbread, and Siemens. In my previous role at Profile Consultancy I was responsible for service charge consultancy for a number of clients including Odeon, House of Fraser and Monsoon.
Recent Projects
- I undertake the management of all client鈥檚 service charges. I work to minimise their liability by undertaking a forensic approach to; reviewing leases; identifying all relevant issues to clarify liability, and; maximising savings.
