I carry out contract management of refurbishments and large scale repairs, pre-acquisition surveys, development monitoring for funding organisations and potential occupiers, advise on dilapidation liabilities and claims, and consider building pathology, inspecting and reporting on specific defects within a diverse range of building types and ages.
I have provided expert advice and consultancy to Soho Estates Ltd, Ericsson, Whitbread, AB InBev, Laing O鈥橰ourke, Cummins Ltd, Brakes Bros Ltd and Chivas Brothers, Pernod Ricard, Brake Bros Ltd, Peugeot Motor Company Ltd.
