I have over 25 years鈥� experience in the UK investment market and am largely focussed in the office and science/research sectors in the key regional centres. I advise a wide spectrum of clients on prime, core and value add opportunities.
My experience spans largely office and science/research sectors in the acquisition, disposal and development funding of investment opportunities. These include both high profile city centre and out of town business park properties in Greater London, South East and the major Big 6 regional centres including Bristol, Birmingham and Manchester. I have also spent a significant amount of time advising clients in the Oxford and Cambridge markets.
